Research update

I talked to my organization and we are feeling really optomistic about this project. The big part to it now is just get into it. We have to start figuring out what is the best way to tackle the lack of members.

    Hi Kirby,

    I am glad that Mitchell Hall RHA is excited about this project!

    The first thing you all have to do, before you come up with a game plan, is to brainstorm potential reasons why there is lack of membership, and also to analyze current recruitment practices. You will also be gathering background information on how other organizations of a similar nature have had success in recruiting new members, and whether or not they face similar challenges as your group.
